UBTTP Webinar Series: Become a mentor with the UoB iDE

The webinar titled "Become a Mentor with Us" offers an insightful and interactive session designed to inspire individuals to take on the role of mentors and make a meaningful impact on others' lives. The session focuses on the significance of mentorship in personal and professional development, emphasizing the benefits it brings to both mentors and mentees.

During the webinar:

• Participants will learn about the qualities and skills required to be an effective mentor, including communication, active listening, empathy, and problem-solving. The speakers, who are experienced mentors themselves, will share their personal journeys and success stories, providing practical tips and strategies to support mentees in achieving their goals.
• We will also explore different mentoring models and approaches, catering to diverse mentoring relationships, whether in the workplace, educational institutions, or community-based programs.
