You can apply by electronically filling out the form.

Please note that you must download the form from the links below and fill it out using a PDF document filler. Send the filled form via email to admissions@ubttp.com.

Instructions

1. Prepare the registration documentation

Before you begin your application, make sure that you have all the documentation ready to be added as attachments in your submission email.

Please note that the size of each document should not exceed 1MB for easy upload.

4. Submitting the Form

To submit your form and supporting documents, kindly do so by sending an email to admissions@ubttp.com.

Attach your supporting documents and filled form to your email.

Kindly rename all attachments with your name and the specification of the document.

Example: "Seun Daniel's employment letter"

You will be sent an admission letter after your registration payment is confirmed and after the successful verification of your information.
